Brand Policy
Jax Grehman is a specialist designer and creator of gentlemen’s garments, offering a luxury visiting tailor service. We meet clients by appointment at their home, workplace, or one of our showroom locations.
Our philosophy is rooted in craftsmanship, discretion, and heritage. Every garment is a reflection of African royal traditions, fused with modern tailoring excellence.
Terms of Sale
All purchases of goods and services from Jax Grehman are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of our quotation constitutes acceptance of these terms, either in writing or by payment
Ordering & Production
Production commences upon receipt of a minimum 70% deposit.
Standard timeline: 3–7 weeks (depending on order quantity).
Expedited orders: 40% surcharge of total cost.
Prices may be adjusted prior to delivery in cases of taxes, duties, foreign exchange fluctuations, fabric costs, client delays, or requested modifications.
Price & Payment
Prices are inclusive of VAT, exclusive of delivery/insurance.
70% deposit (non-refundable), payable upon fabric selection & design approval.
Balance due at final fitting.
Payment methods: bank transfer, cheque, cash, or card.
If client delays extend beyond a VAT quarter, balance may be charged in full
Extra costs (shipping, amendments, upgrades) are billed separately.
Repeated cancellations/rescheduling may attract charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be in writing and approved by Jax Grehman
After Initial Appointment / Awaiting Cloth: 50% • After Cloth Arrival & During Cutting: 65% • After Cutting Complete: 75% • After Cutting & Pressing, Awaiting Fitting: 100%
Refunds & Adjustments
Bespoke garments are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds/exchanges may apply only if defective or in case of negligence (65% refund or remake)
Ready-to-wear: exchange allowed within 7–14 days if unworn and in original condition.
Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery
Shirts approx. 4 weeks, suits/overcoats approx. 10 weeks.
Dependent on fabric availability and client fittings.
Separate delivery invoice may apply.
We are not liable for delays outside our control.
Measurements
This policy protects our intellectual property (the measurements as proprietary data).
Measurement Process
Measurements may be taken physically (in person) or virtually (via online consultation).
The act of taking measurements is included as a courtesy service for clients placing an order with Jax Grehman.
This service ensures that each garment is tailored to perfection and reflects the premium standards of our brand
Ownership of Measurement Data
All measurement data collected is proprietary to Jax Grehman and forms part of our design process.
Measurements are not shared as part of the standard service offering.
Client Request for Measurement Data
Should a client wish to obtain their measurement data, this falls outside the scope of our complimentary service.
A professional release fee of ₦100,000 applies. This fee reflects the value of the professional expertise, time, and process involved in acquiring, documenting, and transferring measurement information.
Confidentiality & Usage
All measurements are treated with confidentiality and used strictly for the production of garments commissioned with Jax Grehman.
Once released upon payment, Jax Grehman holds no further responsibility for the accuracy or usage of the measurements outside our brand’s services.
